A home fire or flood, even in the absence of personal injury or the tragedy of loss of life, is a terribly disruptive, exhausting experience.
It is often necessary after such disasters to make rapid decisions when one is in a state of emotional turmoil.
Through many years, our company, Prestige Exceptional Fabricare, has served as a sensitive and knowledgeable ally providing smoke odor and soot stain removal, drycleaning, wetcleaning, laundering and related services for fire and water damaged articles.

Restoring Smoke and Water Damaged Clothing and Household Articles
- 1. QUICK RESPONSE
- We'll pick up same or next day and travel
- up to about 100 miles to do it.
- 2. FULL RANGE OF SERVICES
- For all clothing and household textiles,
- particularly fancy and heirloom articles.
- 3. FULL WETCLEANING CAPABILITY
Many soot covered or mildewed articles respond best to water and/or bleaching treatments.

- 4. HANDS-ON SUPERVISION
- By owner Mitch Gordon , 15 years in smoke/water damage restoration.
- 5. FREE TESTING, ADJUSTER INSPECTION
- We'll test a representative sample without charge to determine if restoration is possible. Adjusters are invited to check test samples before authorizing the whole job.

- 6. INSURED AUTHORIZATION
- To prevent misunderstanding, insured is requested to complete a processing agreement authorizing Prestige to proceed.

- 7. TOTAL INVENTORY
- Easy to read inventories.

- 8. UNRESTORABLE ARTICLES INVENTORY
- We do not charge for fire or water damaged articles which are unrestorable. A separate inventory of unrestorable articles is provided.
- 9. "CARE PACKAGES"
- We provide insured with two partial deliveries of necessities (up to about 20% of the total job) without advance payment. Beyond 20%, partial payment is required.

- 10. TIMELY COMPLETION
- We know that the longer a claim drags on,
- the more expensive it gets.

- 11. FINAL INSPECTION
- Insured is encouraged to inspect the completed job at our warehouse before delivery and sign a Certificate of Satisfaction authorizing direct payment to Prestige.

- 12. FREE STORAGE
- Up to120 days from pick tip. 1% per month charge thereafter.
